I see - so currently the most sensitive data is profiling data preview, which you will be able to turn off

Just upvoted this! We have a use for it too. We think data engineers should be able to see everything, but we'd like to simplify the world for analysts and BI users by hiding staging and unstructured datasets. We also have some teams that should only be able to see a handful of datasets (least privilege)
