Hi, After upgrading to 0.8.27 we are facing strange issues with Users & Groups. We get following error when we try to add users to a group : Failed to add group members!: Unauthorized to perform this action. Please contact your DataHub administrator. The default policy 'All Users - All Platform Privileges' is already activated. We wonder if someone else has faced similar problems after upgrading to latest version ?

Ah interesting - let me check this. For now, can you make sure you have a Policy that allows adding / removing members to "Group" resource for the root user (or whoever you'd like)

Hi @big-carpet-38439, the default policy All Users - All Platform Privileges is activated and that grants Manage Users And Groups privileges. It's the same issue as @adventurous-dream-16099 has mentioned in the recent thread. I will join that thread for further discussions. Thanks :)

Hm i also seem to be hitting this issue in both 0.8.27, 0.8.28

@lemon-hydrogen-83671 Make sure that the user has the "Edit group members" privilege for all groups, or the group in questions
