Hello Guys! I think that the metabase ingestion is not working properly. When i'm trying to ingest all the data, sometimes the charts are not related to the correct dashboard. Example: 1- This DataServices_costs should have 2 charts: "Custo por mês" and "CustoPorSeviços". But when i check these charts i see that there are no dashboards related to these charts. Basically the chart number in the chart container is correct, but in the dashboard it's not.
Another point is that when the user has limited permissions the ingestion throws status as Failed, but in some cases it's interesting that the ingestion user has limited permissions for example when creating visualizations related to cost of some team specific dashboards. I think that the status should be success in that case or any other status.
This problem is not just for the Metabase data but Redash is also with the same problem.
The version of datahub that i'm using is the 0.8.31

She is - yes. So I guess the problem you are seeing is partially ingested metadata?
because your metabase user actually doesn't have full admin permissions?

I thought that was that, but them i gave the admin permission and the same problem ocurred
It's not technically partially ingested metadata because the chart is beeing ingested
Seems like that the information is beeing wrongly related to each other (dashboard-chart relation)

So from the screenshot Costs has 2 charts - are you saying that there should be more?

No, i'm saying that there 2 charts are not the charts that should be
Look at the dashboard on metabase:
And these chart exists on the datahub. But is not related to any dashboard

@big-carpet-38439 I didn't undertand your question, sorry! How can i check the status of those nodes Datahub? (And this Replicacaoxxxx just broke me because Replicacao in my mother language is like replication hahaha)

The first screenshot - any idea why DataHub would think that those charts are inside that dashboard? Do you know if they are real charts in meta base?

Oh, yes! Those charts are real charts in the metabase. I have no idea why, i was trying to debug the code myself to help you but it's strange. And it's not just the metabase. I saw that on the redash data too.
Seems like that's something with the Chart and dashboard relations builder and not the extraction
I don't know if the lookier is with the same problem because i don't use it in the company.
Should i open an issue on github?

Yeah I think thats the best bet! We also have tuesday morning office hours, I'd invite you to join and chat through this error scenario - we can try to identify the root cause!

Hi @icy-piano-35127, this is most likely a bug? Could you please create a github issue (with some simple repro steps, if possible)? We will try to fix it soon.

hey @icy-piano-35127 @helpful-optician-78938 @big-carpet-38439 is this issue solved? I am facing the similar issue while ingesting the metabase metadata to the datahub, charts are getting linked to wrong dashboards. I am using datahub version 0.9.5
