I noticed the current helm chart didn’t have a template for an ingress on the datahub-gms service. I’ve opened this PR, which adds the template for the ingress. Its my first PR in the repo, so let me know if it doesn’t meet the required structures and standards. Thanks!

07/06/2021, 10:34 PMI’ve also updated the community chart for neo4j so it can deal with extra environment variables correctly. This lets us control the memory limits for neo4j within the pod. Should I open another PR to bump the chart version?
