Hey everyone, Does anyone have idea about whether if we can scale our Neo4j cluster to multi node without getting the License if we are using it only internally?

We use Neo4j Enterprise internally in a cluster configuration. That said, there is an open source version of Enterprise edition: https://github.com/graphfoundation/ongdb Haven't tried it so really can't comment on how well it works.
