(via code or no-code) • would we be able to extend the system? (eg if we wanted to make a change to the search functionality)

Hello Steven, yes it would support adding custom entities via APIs. There will be rich API integration functionality and we envision UI customazibility via modules/plugins but won't support fully changing the experience
