@mammoth-bear-12532 Would be good if we can add breaking changes in the release notes under https://github.com/linkedin/datahub/releases/tag/v0.8.7 or somewhere else. e.g. I was cross-checking kafka setup https://github.com/linkedin/datahub/tree/master/docker/kafka-setup as I am using confluent cloud and have this job disabled and found we have 4 new topics. It would have failed if I did not notice. Maybe there are others things If we are running in production this is really needed

@square-activity-64562: thanks for bringing this up. I will be editing the release notes to document some of these changes tomorrow. I think it is hard to predict what is a breaking change if people deploy parts of the stack and not all of the containers, so we'll do our best to document all the important changes that are part of the release, so advanced users like you can determine whether it is a breaking change for you or not.

Was able to update to v0.8.7 in our GKE cluster after adding those topics manually
