3. Are we able to propagate the tags to a downstream system ? eg. When they are looking up datasets

2. Yes datasets that have the terms or tags attached should show up when you search. Can you say more about what you want to customize?

3. Do you mean tag/term propagation to source systems (e.g: snowflake)? If so, writing back to source systems is something we want to do in the future but it has to be done carefully so that we don't clobber other information. This is not supported today.
