for the new platform instance change that is coming out, does all the URNs need to be migrated to the new format? This is because some of my datasets are created by specifying the MCEs manually, I was about to ingest a new platform(csv) to group these datasets.

@better-orange-49102 you only need to migrate to the new format if you need platform_instances in that platform. e.g. if you have redshift where you need platform_instances, but for your csv platform you are fine having everything under a single platform, you shouldn't need to change anything.
