Hi Everyone, I see that there is Ingestion via WebUI. Wanted to understand if there is governance on who can execute the Ingestions etc.

Yes! This is configurable via the "MANAGE_INGESTIONS" Policy privilege. These are also disabled by default so that they operate as a no-op and require opting in.
