Hi All, I could see weird issue in datahub(v0.8.44) default `Admin` role missing from UI under `Manage Permissions(Roles)`. But user logged in is datahub root user since `Invite Users` enabled under `Manage Users &amp; Groups`.

Refer attached screenshots for more details &amp; revert back why Admin role name missing. CC: <@U0121TRV0FL>

Hey <@U03PUHN1L0Z> this is a known issue with `v0.8.44` and is an ES indexing problem

if you upgrade this should be resolved, sorry about that
