Wouldn't it be enough with updating the SQLalchemy version only on this file https://github.com/datahub-project/datahub/blob/0162074a3736e6180f20c7145b7c4836a9b68f91/metadata-ingestion-modules/airflow-plugin/setup.py#L32?
