to change the title of the website, you can change it in the theme config json file found here: https://github.com/datahub-project/datahub/tree/master/datahub-web-react/src/conf/theme to see which theme the app is using: refer to https://github.com/datahub-project/datahub/blob/master/datahub-web-react/.env but you need to recompile the image. not sure if there is a better way
