Sorry, I didn't notice you've sent the link. You could probably create a custom action in order to detect metadata events. Haven't tried it out though so I don't have an example.

mm, not sure about that, because the plugin doc states:

EntityChangeEvent_v1

• Currently, the

MetadataChangeLog_v1

event is not processed by the Action.

from there comes my question.

I was talking about potentially using this and filtering only for MetadataChangeLog events using this for post creation. But the Slack Action does not seem to support MetadataChangeLog events.
