how to use and implement acryl datahub classify library for sql based sources?

Currently it only works with Snoflake source but maybe @hundreds-photographer-13496 knows if it is possible to integrate with a generic sql source (custom implementation will be needed for sure)

It is definitely possible to implement this support for other sources provided that there is a way to reliably read random sample values for column of table.
