Hi guys, we see the following errors in GMS logs: 103659.869 [qtp1073763441-279812] ERROR c.l.m.entity.DeleteEntityService:156 - Unable to find an aspect instance that relates urnlidomain:nhsparen70 urnlidataset:(urnlidataPlatform:trino,deltalake.deltalake_nhsparen70.nhkdscoring,PROD) via relationship AssociatedWith in the entity service. This is potentially a lack of consistency between the graph and entity DBs. 103659.908 [ThreadPoolTaskExecutor-1] ERROR c.l.m.k.h.s.SiblingAssociationHook:209 - urnlidataset:(urnlidataPlatform:trino,output.nhsparen70_out1.nhkunde,PROD) has an unexpected number of dbt upstreams: 0. Not adding any as siblings. 104349.359 [qtp1073763441-279805] WARN c.l.m.entity.ebean.EbeanAspectDao:536 - Retryable PersistenceException: Error when batch flush on sql: insert into metadata_aspect_v2 (urn, aspect, version, metadata, createdOn, createdBy, createdFor, systemmetadata) values (?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?) #1: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "pk_metadata_aspect_v2" Detail: Key (urn, aspect, version)=(urnlicontainer:283d36e4141f45e97fec3415b9caa0aa, browsePaths, 0) already exists. I am not sure but it looks like we have issues in the underlying PostgreSQL DB. We have recently upgraded Datahub from 10.4 to 12.0. Is there a script to check if meta data in PostgreSQL is consistent with the v12.0? Any other clues about meaning of these errors? Thank you!
