friction trying to set up something quick is a frusturating experience.

Hello @nutritious-psychiatrist-90221, is there a particular reason you'd like to go for a full-blown DataHub setup in Kubernetes? That is not the quickest way to get your local setup going. I know it's not the answer you're looking for, but have you considered https://datahubproject.io/docs/quickstart?

i want to test it in minikube
tried docker but docker compose also is failing.

this is what i'm following and it's failing, unsure what's happening. https://datahubproject.io/docs/quickstart/
seems to be kafka related thinking

When using Docker compose and a container is failing, you can go to Docker Desktop, find the failing container and check the logs. Can you share those for the broker container (Kafka)? We have to dig deeper and see the error messages you're getting.

@nutritious-psychiatrist-90221 how did you end up solving the issue? I have a similar prob. You are linking to a private message, so I cannot open....
