:wave: folks - it looks like the <https://github.com/acryldata/datahub-helm/releases/tag/datahub-0.3.6|latest helm chart> released today (`0.3.6`) still has appVersion set to `0.11.0`. When will a helm chart be released with `0.12.0` as the default?

<@U059RL34LLB> thanks! I'll be on the lookout for 0.3.7 :slightly_smiling_face:. We are really excited to upgrade to 0.12.0. To clarify, I don't think the helm chart ever had `appVersion` set to `0.12.0`.

Any updates here? I’ve just checked and I still see 0.11.0 version on repo? How to install 0.12.0 on kubernetes?

If you mean <https://github.com/acryldata/datahub-helm/blob/7f92a585ba0eed19240a3978631d8c22d1454b67/charts/datahub/Chart.yaml#L10> we may not update it but the helm chart is tested to work with the latest release

today i’ve just done an update and i’m still at 0.11.0

Do you have a custom values.yaml? You need to update this property to which version you want to release: <https://github.com/acryldata/datahub-helm/blob/7f92a585ba0eed19240a3978631d8c22d1454b67/charts/datahub/values.yaml#L581>

And specify the version you want to deploy by providing a specific value to: `global.datahub.version`

let me check. I’ve not installed it with a custom values.yaml but i updated it adding a custom model with a custom value yaml

<@U01L2QD243Z> I know the `appVersion` in the chart doesn't matter, but I also found it very confusing like the other folks in this thread. So maybe it is worth updating it to `0.12.0`
