Hi there, `datahub-datahub-gms` pod is throwing an encoding related error when I try to ingest from an external source (Snowflake):
```Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Incorrect string value: '\xE2\x94\x81\xE2\x94\x81...' ```
Any idea how I can get around that other than changing the encoding settings on the database?

Solved by removing `characterEncoding=UTF-8` from the SQL connection that's documented here for setting up Datahub to use AWS RDS:
