Hi, for tableau ingestion, is it necessary for site admin explorer role? We are a big organization and we cannot have access all tableau data in the reports. We just need the metadata for specific organizations. Is there a work around we can do or modify the native plug in?

Hey @melodic-account-56198 Some features do not work as tableau metadata api returns insufficient information when not using site administrator role. Please refer this thread for some problems faced if not suing site admin role . At the same time, I believe it may be possible to ingest most of the content if right set of permissions are configured - for example - enable derived permissions , etc as mentioned here - https://help.tableau.com/current/online/en-us/dm_perms_assets.htm#permissions-on-metadata
