Docker doesn't seem to be running. Did you start it?

when trying to run

datahub docker quickstart

I confirmed

docker run --rm hello-world

passes

docker ps -a

also works. Below is the output for

You might have some environment variables incorrectly configured? Do you have any environment variables like DOCKER_* ?
