👍 I find it's easier if I can start with new specs for new functional changes written to best practices, then refactor old specs periodically as those functionalities change in your product. Also put focus on those which are most flaky first. It can take a lot of time to get the inherited specs up to scratch, so taking a systematic approach is useful.
