Does anyone else have issues trying to create jira tickets from the cypress dashboard?

Looks like Atlassian is currently experiencing an incident/outage: https://status.atlassian.com/

This feature has never worked for me in the cypress dashboard, I don't think it is temporary issue with atlassian.

Can you try completely uninstalling and reinstalling? Both in the Cypress Dashboard, and also in the Jira.

Im not sure what you mean, the cypress dashboard is not installed anywhere on my machine, neither is Jira. I use both in their web page form. I didnt know there was desktop versions of them
