for seeding data for e2e: one approach i've been thinking through is to take a docker image with your database of choice, seed data into it, then publish it to a private container registry. when you want to run E2E, spin up that image and point your app at it. makes it super easy to seed and clean up. then just update the container registry when you need to update the seed data
