Hi, everyone! My company has had many issues trying to stand up a solid QA program without running off personnel. We've had two QA engineers quit recently, and I'm afraid a third may leave soon. Leadership says that test automation is the priority. Still, most time is spent manually validating acceptance criteria within individual stories. There is no time even to create a manual test case. I'm curious if anyone else has had this same experience and what actions were taken to turn things around.
