@future-caravan-75733 It sounds like an organizational problem, not technical. 3k tests in an hour are super fast. Hard to evaluate without more context on how your apps are built but some possible changes: - introduce a tag system where you would have "happy flows", "regressions", "edge cases", etc and on PR run only "happy flows" - reduce the number of cypress tests - have significant happy flows in cypress, edge cases moved to unit tests (or at least, edge cases are as mocked as possible) - run tests only to apps in change (as you wrote) - should reduce time to 10-20mins tops
