Hi, I'm reading the cypress introduction and I reached https://docs.cypress.io/guides/core-concepts/introduction-to-cypress#Avoid-loops so in the correct recursion way of doing the example test there's a

cy.wait(500, { log: false })

so is this wait just to let the browser breath before the

reload

? since I know waiting for arbitrary time is an anti pattern, could you please clarify?
