With Cypress, you can easily create tests for your modern web applications, debug them visually, and automatically run them in your continuous integration builds.

We maintain our test cases as primary records in TestRail, then we automate them in Cypress with a direct test case reference (ie. `C1234`) that points back to their primary record in TestRail. TestRail isn't cheap though, nor is this system automated, but it helps us keep track of where our coverage is at. We also have need for a combination of manual and automated tests, so TestRail hosts both those test types for us.
