Cypress stops working my main account on w10 after...

Using windows 10 and running tests on chrome. After ran 1 or 2 tests, can't run another test. It just freezes at "your tests are loading". I have tried to uninstall and install again, not working. But it runs perfectly with my second account on my windows 10.

i have a similar problem, in macos, after run the first test the runner just stop to work

already did it. reinstall it. didn't work.

@white-bird-68512 Did you also clear the app data after you uninstalled? See https://docs.cypress.io/guides/references/troubleshooting#Clear-App-Data

yeah, i deleted everything about cypress in %appdata%, install it again. After 2 run, cypress framework becomes unresponsive and stuck at 'your tests are loading'.
But Cypress works great on my other windows account, i dont know what is interrupting Cypress in my administrator account in windows 10.

yeah i tried to solve this for like 2 weeks but no chance. Luckily it works on other account so i can run my test on it 🙂

I don't know what else to try, I'm a bit desperate, the same thing happens to me with all the browsers... it's not a cache thing because I've already tried all that
