Hi all, anyone could suggest a good "Test Data Management" tool ?

There are tools that are good for keeping your test cases, like TestRail (seems pretty common), but I've never seen something that does what I really want: help me come up with an optimized test plan. I want to be able to enter features and checkpoints, then enter individual actions, then compose broader steps from those actions, then have the tool's logic suggest the optimum way to hit all those checkpoints with minimal duplication, all while keeping track of the mapping between features and tests. It's a lot 🙂
