Hey all! I came back with a different question . 🙂 I wonder how do you organize the responsibility for quality in your team ? I believe approach is to consider the whole team responsible for quality, and everyone should have the know-how to maintain tests. This works well organically on the lower level, each dev can make a decision when creating a new test is meaningful. For e2e testing this is more challenging, who decides which test cases need to be created, or removed ? No single dev might feel this a personal responsibility to decide. For smaller teams where there is no separate qa team, do you have a separate qa lead role?
