You can find out about GitHub runner resources on https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-github-hosted-runners/about-github-hosted-runners#supported-runners-and-hardware-resources. They also offer so-called "larger runners" https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-github-hosted-runners/using-larger-runners#machine-specs-for-larger-runners.
GitHub Action also has documentation about running tests in parallel using Cypress Cloud. See https://github.com/cypress-io/github-action#parallel.
