Don’t forget to include more details of your logs (screenshot of the error would be great). We’ll get to it as quickly as possible but there’s no guarantee it will be resolved by the deadline.
I would highly suggest you submit whatever is working, e.g. if a simple send was working then record that and mention that you would like to change that to a bulk send in the future.
