just curious if i can do anything to avoid it from haappening

try deleting the emails from your mail client and sending a new one again w/ courier

i cant have customer delete the email - i'm assuming it threads because i'm resending parts of the email as duplicate.

Hii, all the mails are queued . How to solve this?

I'm not convinced the Twilio SMS override feature is working. When I look in the "Request Received" part of the logs I can see that I've sent Courier the data shape described on the documentation page. However, when I look at the "Sent" part of the logs, none of the override values I've selected are actually sent. I must be missing something. Message ID:

is it possible to use a variable for a button hyperlink? would like to pass a unique url from my backend -> courier to send as a button in my email

yup! just use curly brackets like this:

{my_custom_url}

perfect - wasn't lighting up as the highlighted green as the rest of the ui so wasn't 100% sure

hello! can you please help me? I use a transaction hash as an idempotency key for my messages, i don't set an expiration value and expect it to be 24 hours by default, but still receive several messages within a minute. What could go wrong? 🙂
