The founders of these marketing agencies are credited as authors. However, Tom's started with storytelling, Julia's post started with statistics. There are more links in Julia's work than Tom's. Their beliefs are different although the content goal is the same.
This is why I advised reeducating the team to let them know what the agency's "stuff" is.
