I've always wondered what the net impact of blinding a study has on customer trust. On one hand, it seems a step away from just making it all up, but I also know folks are more comfortable with it. Otherwise we always end up in same boat, everybody knows we need to talk to customers, AE/CS teams say they can make it happen, and ........nothing
