Hi Composio Team I saw there are a lot of spamming messages around in the server and that's concerning because these people scam users in the name of support from the actual team and that's something make users lose money and this is reason I wanted to reach out, I love to help people and i'm trying to be as much active as I can in the Composio Discord, helping users troubleshoot issues and this is something which I like because this is what I have done from last few years. Background: ~6 years in remote technical support for crypto and Web3 products (hardware wallets, Web3 gaming, blockchain infrastructure), supporting users across Discord, Telegram, and email. That included wallet, transaction, and connectivity troubleshooting, writing onboarding guides and knowledge bases, and working closely with engineers on reproducible bug reports and escalations. I'm comfortable on the Linux command line (SSH, log analysis, bash scripting), and I'm comfortable working in the EU/APAC time. Given my crypto and self-hosting background, the Composio's mission genuinely resonates with me. I'm drawn to the Discord Mod/Technical support role, but happy to discuss either. Thanks for the pointer, I've submitted my application for the Technical Support Engineer role. Two quick things I would like to say. I noticed the role is listed as U.S. Remote. I'm based in India (IST, UTC+5:30) and open to remote or contract arrangements, happy to know if that works, or if there's an India-based opening that fits better.
