Salesforce Username-Password Flow Retirement - Any...

Hey @Uday Sidagana @Abhishek I came across Salesforce's announcement regarding the retirement of the OAuth 2.0 Username-Password Flow: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_security_username_password_flow_retirement.htm We're currently using the Salesforce integration with OAuth 2.0 and wanted to understand whether this change will impact existing or future Salesforce connected accounts. From inspecting our connected account metadata, I can see fields such as: *
authScheme: OAUTH2
*
refresh_token
*
id_token
*
code_verifier
*
callback_url
which seems to indicate an Authorization Code Flow (possibly with PKCE) rather than the Username-Password Flow. Could you confirm: 1. Does the Salesforce connector rely on the Username-Password Flow anywhere in the authentication or token refresh lifecycle? 2. Will the Salesforce Winter '27 retirement require any action from Composio users or reconnecting existing integrations? Just trying to understand whether there is any impact on current Salesforce tool connections. Thanks

Hey, the Salesforce toolkit uses the Authorization Code flow, not the Username-Password flow so it won't impact your connections. Nothing to do on your end.

Got it. Thank you @Abhishek
