I am trying to use the MCP Gateway:

(using OAuth). Codex tells me that tool discovery still exposes zero Composio tools to me. I do not have

COMPOSIO_MANAGE_CONNECTIONS

COMPOSIO_MULTI_EXECUTE_TOOL

, or any equivalent callable Composio MCP tool in this session. The Gateway has been down for days, but this symptom is different from the original

problem. I know that there is an [outage](https://status.composio.dev/cmpkazjh604jjp2mem1swnpiq), but it says Partial Outage and I'm concerned that this isn't the same problem as Issues with MCP connection creation since I'm able to make a connection.
