- New API key created: mickael-perso-2026-05-24 (with 1 IP allowlisted)
- MCP client: Claude desktop ("Cowork" mode), connects via https://connect.composio.dev/mcp
Symptoms
1. Dashboard FOR YOU → Settings → Sessions page shows two persistent errors:
- ⚠️ "Failed to load API key" (Retry button doesn't help)
- ⚠️ "Failed to load MCP connections" (Retry button doesn't help)
2. From Cowork, retrying "Connect" on the Composio MCP card returns:
- "Authorization with the MCP server failed. You can check your credentials and permissions."
- Two different reference IDs across attempts: ofid_83bd059a15e5bc1e and ofid_82679ba383f1e8c1
3. On the Connect Apps page, all my previous connections (Gmail, Notion, GitHub ×2, Slack) show "Connect" (i.e. they were revoked as part of the cleanup). Clicking Connect on Gmail triggered "Something went wrong on our end" earlier.
What I need
Apps to reconnect (priority order):
1. Notion (workspace "Mickaël's Notion")
2. Gmail (account previously known as gmail_peeper-eggy, mickaelgrente@gmail.com)
3. GitHub (mickaelgrente-stack + vallanogrente-stack)
4. Slack (cobl-ai.slack.com)
Context for urgency (low pressure, just FYI)
I have a daily scheduled task (Airbnb concierge automation) that runs 4×/day through Notion + Gmail. Currently disabled until MCP comes back.
Question
Has my workspace been put in a locked/quarantined state post-incident pending manual review? If yes, can you unblock it? If no, any idea what's causing the "Failed to load" on the Sessions page so I can self-serve?
Happy to provide any other info needed. Thanks for the quick recovery work over the past 3 days 🙏Uday
