Outlook Triggers not Sending Events

02/27/2026, 10:37 PMHi I have an urgent issue where outlook new message events are not being sent for connected accounts with the triggers configured. I have had this user account disconnect and reconnect multiplem times to try and debug the non-firing triggers with no success
