Hi all! Sort of embarrassing ask but I need to ask it...Any example templates of "Guidelines" in the community? I've been having some community members not honoring proper etiquette either because they are not knowing it or because they're new to using communities for their needs. Would love to see what you all have put out there.

Yep, it’s that and then super easy to link to when I had (no longer with Lattice following its layoff a few weeks ago) enforce our code of conduct.

Tech Ladies has an awesome Code of Conduct featured pretty prevalently in their navbar. They take it quite seriously.

Brian Oblinger & Erica Kuhl talked about this in an IB4TL episode with examples linked on the website.
