That's awesome @Jeff Sample! I have tracked it for a while as a product, but tbh I have not heard of anyone who has used it. I guess it depends on who you are looking to raise from and if it is your community, surely they have to be HNWIs or just general 'sophisticated investors' to be able to do so? If a lot of them arent, it seems like there is more downside to trying to use it, than potential upside, as surely if you dont raise much then it is very public and will then hamper any chance you have to raise separately in a more traditional fashion
