it varies wildly especially depending on location, but you can reach out to Amanda.Wilhelm@amexgbt.com at Amex, they have a complimentary service that source hotels and meeting venues on your behalf and negotiate rates/contracts/etc. i think they'll handle anything with a minimum of 10+ rooms.
