All you need to do now is go to communityhacked.com and click 'login' and use your temp password 😄 I don't want to direct you too much; all we want is feedback on it within the following parameters: • How intuitive is the portal on a scale of 0-5 and why (0 being not at all and 5 being really intuitive) • How useful will it be to you as a community builder on a scale of 0-5 and why (0 being not at all and 5 being really useful) • What one new thing/change would make it amazingly useful to you? I poked around, and here you are - overall, this works great as a first start! • How intuitive is the portal on a scale of 0-5 and why (0 being not at all and 5 being really intuitive): ◦ I’ll score this a 5 - it took me about 30 seconds to know how to move around and found what I needed using the filters and search with no problems! • How useful will it be to you as a community builder on a scale of 0-5 and why (0 being not at all and 5 being really useful) ◦ I’d put this at a 5 as well - especially once members start to flesh out the details in their profile around what they are focused on and what they need help with. The links back to LinkedIn and Slack are also easy to use and helpful to broaden the connection outside of the Softr experience. • What one new thing/change would make it amazingly useful to you? ◦ Maybe a “fun fact” section or something that adds a personal touch that you can customize?

Intuitive: 4.5 Useful: 2 Addition: community stage filter, add additional ones for 10k+ and 20k+ members

• How intuitive is the portal on a scale of 0-5 and why - 5 ◦ Feels super clear, think because it’s a tried + tested format many CMs would be familiar with. Like the company directory too. • How useful will it be to you as a community builder on a scale of 0-5 and why (0 being not at all and 5 being really useful) ◦ Favourite tools on a profile is a cool addition ◦ Challenges is something that doesn’t feel super purposeful - they’ll likely change frequently, and it can feel strange open sourcing them to a large group etc. ◦ Overall: think the portal is useful. It gets straight to the point! I can’t say with confidence how much I’d log on… perhaps there’s a way to alter notifications / ask to be emailed about events that meet XYZ topics/requirements? Being super honest - think it’s something that I’d bookmark and then need to be reminded about slightly. ▪︎ You could connect certain updates - e.g. events - with slack channels to help with this? • What one new thing/change would make it amazingly useful to you? ◦ Would be cool to have more of a search functionality for things that other members can help you with - e.g. setting up a referral programme. That would then make the directory more of a nice thing to browse > a tool I would rely on. Hope that helps!
