Can you clarify a bit? For Proxied Records, Cloudflare only supports the http protocol, and only specific ports outlined here: https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/reference/network-ports/ For other ports/protocols, Cloudflare Spectrum is needed, however only Enterprise gets full all apps/ports or you could make the record dns-only/gray cloud and lose Cloudflare's protections but allow any port to work since it goes straight to your origin

That isn't something that exists.

If you're hosting on a NAT VPS (Strongly discouraged), then you could use origin rules to rewrite your requests to another origin port.
