05/28/2023, 8:47 PMnot able to help with billing problems too much in here, you may need to create a billing ticket, but it sounds like you're saying you are getting stuck in Paypal's login side? Might need to just reload or try a different browser/disable extensions

05/28/2023, 8:48 PMProbably a Paypal problem and not something CF could help you with, but you could try. You can submit tickets through your dashboard.
I would first try a different browser (like Chrome/Firefox) and/or disabling all extensions though
