Hello. I cant find the option to rebuild site anywhere

You'd want to visit the deployment in your Pages dashboard and hit "retry deployment" on it, or push again to your Git repo.

There's no option like that

Are you using Pages CI or Direct Uploads? Can you share a screenshot of your pages project or some more information?
