Custom domain on pages - working for anyone else?

I've set up a Pages project and am attempting to link a custom (sub)domain, however it's showing this as the domain's status: Inactive (Error)
The domain in question is on Cloudflare & associated with the account attempting to add the domain. Subdomains using the same root domain are in use with other Pages. Have tried in a different browser & left it for an hour, yet the issue persists.
When attempting to visit the custom domain, it shows the generic "Connection timed out" error. Visiting the Pages URL directly works fine.
Are there any known issues?

05/15/2023, 10:00 PMNo dice unfortunately. I saw some requests made via the security events and added a skip rule but that hasn't helped
The pages domain: changelog-cx6.pages.dev
The subdomain: changelog.sell.app
If you've got a moment, could you check/see what's causing it?
