Think that's for a different thing 😛 but welcome all the same I believe the thing about a comment above my msg is where it has comments on the end of the line that rclone interprets as part of the token

Ah, thought you meant CORS. Should PR that rclone example, yep.

Yeah, I would if I was at a computer, the comments seem fairly redundant and just confuse rclone

I should probably figure out how to change the branch name when I use the web editor

you can tell if the PR annoyed me enough to actually write & preview it locally by if it has a real branch name

Any easy migration options from non amazon s3 buckets? like DO Spaces to R2?

You can use rclone on a digital ocean droplet or any other VM on a bandwidth alliance member. You can get super fast speeds and you won't get billed for bandwidth

Also check if your provider has s3 api interoperability like how Google Storage does it

Digitalocean does I think-- just skimming their docs, haven't personally tested any of the interoperable apis with the migrator

I just wanted to follow up on the issue with double-compression. Is addressing this on the radar? Anything I can do to help get it bumped in priority?

Unfortunately DigitalOcean (and Linode) are not part of the Bandwidth alliance anymore, see https://www.cloudflare.com/bandwidth-alliance/

You get a discount on egress with Azure, it's not free egress with them

It's also worth noting though that DigitalOcean does at least have quite generous egress allowances based on the droplets you use, it's not great for things like large file downloads or anything, R2 beats everyone I'm aware of for that use case, but it should be fine for normal web traffic

Running into a weird glitch with R2 where my metrics are reporting 41.16GB of storage being used but at the same time only 4.75GB are being used. Anyone else having this problem?
